This was my seventh in-person healing session. As with previous sessions, I initially felt a bit uncomfortable, experiencing sensations of feeling "yuck" and "blah" during the process. Shortly after, I felt exhausted, slightly dizzy, and slowly drifted off to sleep. I would crash completely and, upon waking a few hours later, feel extremely thirsty and thankfully, I always have my water bottle with me. :)

As the session progressed and I woke up, I experienced that familiar "just woke up" blank feeling. Gradually, I regained my awareness, feeling relieved, balanced, and lighter. After each session, I make it a point to keep the rest of the day free for recovery. I focus on hydration, as I tend to feel even thirstier than usual.

I schedule my healing appointments as early in the day as possible, and as the hours pass, I notice a steady increase in my energy levels and an overall improvement in my well-being. Based on my previous experiences, the real magic happens overnight. By the next morning, I feel completely refreshed—no headaches, feeling lightness and clarity.

When I first started seeing Renee, I was taking multiple medications. With the goal of reducing my reliance on them, I am now down to just three! That is real progress. As always, each session is a unique and holistic experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for personalised, non-invasive healing.

I honestly can’t put into words how incredibly grateful I am for what Renee did for me. I’ve been feeling completely wiped out for the last few days—fatigued, drained, and just in a fog. I could barely get out of bed, and I was so tired that I even forgot to take my night medication two nights in a row, which always makes me feel worse. Missing my meds usually leads to nausea, a sore throat, and even migraines, so you can imagine how horrible I felt. I was truly at my lowest.
